    Job Title:         Software Engineer

    Reports To:     Director of Development

    Summary
    Designs, develops, and maintains computer software systems for customers by performing the following duties.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Formulates designs, develops, and maintains company’s event management software applications.
    • Debugs and tests components of various software applications.
    • Designs and develops graphical layouts.
    • Creates new application specific programs.
    • Applies new technologies to the development of software programs.
    • Consults with development and marketing staff on future design and development, user interface functionality, and database object design.
    • Analyzes software and user requirements to determine feasibility of design within time constraints.
    • Develops user interfaces for the company’s software application.
    • Consults with hardware engineers and other engineering staff to evaluate interface between hardware and software, and operational and performance requirements of overall system.
    • Develops and directs software system testing procedures, programming, and documentation.
    • Consults with customer concerning maintenance of software system.
    • Coordinates installation of software system.
    • Performs other related duties and tasks as necessary or as assigned.

    Education/Experience
    Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Job Title:         Client Services Representative/Receptionist

    Reports To:     Director of Client Services

    Summary
    Operates multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel. Interviews customers and records interview information into computer for customer service by performing the following duties.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Retrieves messages from voice mail and forwards to appropriate personnel.
    • Answers & triages incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.  Utilizes the Hotlist, Work Flow, and Custom Scripts to establish how to expedite the call. 
    • Tracks each call.
    • Gives the User ID, Name of caller, and company name to the Client Services Technical Analyst.
    • Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable.
    • Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.
    • Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
    • Monitors visitor access and issues passes when required.
    • Updates appointment calendars.
    • Receives, sorts, and routes mail, and maintains and routes publications.
    • Maintains general cleanliness of the break room and orders coffee/kitchen supplies as needed.
    • Folds, stuffs, seals, and mails invoices as needed.
    • Lists training classes and employee time off requests on company calendar.
    • Organizes office luncheon as needed.
    • Maintains fax machines, assists users, sends faxes, and retrieves and routes incoming faxes.
    • Ensures that printer has paper, ink, etc.
    • Orders parking passes and requests service from Colony Square as needed.
    • Orders, receives, and maintains office supplies.
    • Creates and prints fax cover sheets, memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents when necessary.
    • Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating.
    • Ensures that all documents are reviewed and approved prior to presenting and/or releasing to client or perspective client.
    • Meets both internal and external (client) deadlines as assigned by management.
    • Works on special projects that are assigned by management.
    • Updates users & training in Salesforce software.
    • Adjusts complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation.
      • Answers, evaluates, and prioritizes incoming telephone, voice mail, and e-mail, requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related technologies.
      • Interviews user to collect information about problem and leads user through diagnostic procedures to determine source of error.
      • Determines whether problem is caused by hardware such as modem, printer, cables, or telephone.
      • Handles problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up for routine user problems, referring more complex problems to supervisor or technical staff.
      • Logs and tracks calls using problem management database, and maintains history records and related problem documentation.
      • Prepares standard statistical reports, such as help desk incident reports.
      • Consults with programmers to explain software errors or to recommend changes to programs.
    • Performs other related duties and tasks as necessary or as assigned.

    Education/Experience

    High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Job Title:       Senior Software Engineer

    Reports To:  Director of Development

    Based in midtown Atlanta, we are an innovative application service provider offering event registration, business travel, and meeting planning solutions to a dynamic and growing market.  We are partnered with several industry leaders and service Fortune 500 companies.  We are seeking a self-motivated experienced professional to fill a new Senior Developer/Lead position.  This is a salaried position with an excellent benefits package including major medical, dental, 401k, etc.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 5 years experience as a senior lead with demonstrable experience in .NET including ASP.NET, VB.NET, ADO.NET, XML, web services, etc.
    • Solid understanding of .NET web based software architecture including configuration, security, optimization, etc.
    • Good understanding of OO principles, multi-tier web applications and relational databases.
    • Excellent analytical skills and ability to act with minimal direction to ensure project goals are met and delivered on time.
    • Good understanding of project lifecycles and agile software development methodology.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Can work equally well individually as well as on a team.

     

    Essential Duties Include (but are not limited to):

    • Design, develop, enhance, and maintain current and new.NET applications and web services
    • Serve as technical lead on development projects; participation in full software development lifecycle including requirements analysis and design.
    • Responsibility for developing solutions for all tiers of the application; code-behinds, controls, middle-tier business components, database layer, etc.
    • Investigate and analyze reported defects in a timely manner, and recommend solutions to these problems including code changes, data updates, or configuration modifications.
    • Ability to design and develop software in a group or independently.
    • Lead technical design and development reviews.
    • Conduct and assist in integration testing.
    • Assist in formulating standards and development practices.
    • Ability to mentor junior developers.

     

    Certifications:
    No certification is required, but will be considered a plus.

    Job Title:         Senior Sales Executive

    Reports To:     VP of Sales and Director of Sales

    Summary
    Sells products and/or services for Strategic Meetings Management to business from the sales office or the customer's place of business by performing the following duties.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Internet Web sites, and other sources.
    • Makes daily phone calls on regular and prospective customers to solicit sales.  (Minimum 50 calls per day unless more than one demo is scheduled or quota is met or exceeded on a regular basis.)  Rep should target to have at least 4 demos per week following ramp up period.
    • Learn the EMS and TMS software thoroughly by taking all of the SignUp4 University classes.
    • Displays or demonstrates product, using various catalysts such as “GoToMeeting”, and emphasizes salable features.
    • Prepares qualification checklist prior to all demos of SignUp4’s products.
    • Quotes prices and credit terms and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained.
    • Estimates the start date for the customer, based on knowledge of the SignUp4 production schedules.
    • Prepares pipeline reports, reports of business transactions and keeps expense accounts.
    • Works with VP of Sales and Director of Sales to keep account activities and literature up to date.
    • Track productivity and call levels to verify that quotas and expectations are being met.
    • Set up all new clients into Salesforce and the SignUp4 Admin.  Coordinates internal transition to Support.
    • Follow up on all leads with in 2 hours.
    • Develops and maintains relationships with purchasing contacts.
    • Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliverables.
    • Attends trade shows as requested.
    • Self propel networking and other avenues of pursuit that result in viable sales leads translating into revenues.
    • Is the acting Director of Sales when the current Director is out of the office.
    • Performs other related duties and tasks as necessary or as assigned.

    Education/Experience

    Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or minimum of 6 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
